Important dates

We play two seasons per year. Autumn (terms 1 and 2) and Spring (terms 3 and 4) - that’s right, netball all year ‘round! You can access the WNA calendars here.

Autumn Season (February - June):

Monday GO teams start early in early February - and end mid June. No finals are played on Mondays however there is a round robin to finish the season.

Saturday teams start on the first Saturday of term one and finish in June.

• Semi-finals - Saturday 20th June 2025 (Saturday teams)

• Grand-finals - Saturday 27th June 2025 (Saturday teams)

• Please note: There are no matches on long weekends including Labour Day (March), Easter (April), ANZAC Day (April), King’s Birthday (June) or the April school holidays.

• Presentation Day for Autumn 2026 will be Sunday 21st June.

Spring Season (July - November):

Monday GO teams start games on Monday 20 July - and end late November. No finals are played on Mondays however there is a round robin to finish the season.

Saturday teams start on the first Saturday of term three, Saturday 18 July, and finish in December.

• Grand-finals - Saturday 5 December 2026 (Saturday teams)

• Please note: There are no matches held on Melbourne Cup weekend (31 October) or the September school holidays (19 & 26 September & 3 October) and no matches on Saturday 12 September.

Club Presentation Days - each season we usually host a club presentation day on the Sunday prior to Grand-final week. This is a social event where families are welcome to connect and celebrate individual and team successes.

Presentation Day for Spring 2026 will be Sunday 29 November.
